Our country India is a great country but it has a lot of problems. One of the problems is the pressure put on young students. In developed countries like USA, the promotion to the next class depends not only on exams but also on the teachers observations. For example: A child may do well if given a question for homework but the same person may be stressed during the exams and answer the same question wrongly. But sadly, in India, everything depends on grades. If a child in USA is not very bright but cheats on the exams without anyone knowing, then he will not pass. But if the same situation happens in India, then he will pass. Because of this, famlies in India will pressure their children into studying a lot. Another problem that leads to student pressure is competitive. Being competitive is a good thing, but India over does it. Famlies want their children to come AIR 1 and students want to be top of their class.
