Passengers/People who are using escalators if suddenly falls down at that time they will roll downwards. People who are standing behind them have chances to fall down with them.Injuries might happen and also passengers/people will get afraid and at that time some health issues may occur like Blood pressure and heart problems.Recently my mother also faced this escalator incident. When reached the upward end of the escalator somebody will confuse in urgency to put feet on the upstairs and therfore chances to fall on the upstairs.These incidents will occur when operators are not there.
