By giving importance to students need and voices, we can create a student centric and effective education system. Student representative must be invited to be a part of decision making committee and NEP implementation committee. Stakeholders I.e students and parent body as well must be provided with the workshops and seminars so as to make them aware of NEP, Its objectives, implementation aftereffects etc Teachers themselves must be trained first about the consequences of NEP so that they too can encourage students to take the challenges and setbacks as an opportunity for growth and learning. A backup plan must be ready in case NEP fails in meeting its objectives.
