The myth is that nursing comes naturally. While the journey of parenthood is undoubtedly rewarding, it is also filled with challenges, particularly for new and inexperienced guardians. Many parents experience immense pressure to provide the best care for their newborns, often feeling overwhelmed by the responsibility. This pressure is furtIn recent years,many artificial hormones are being injected to animals to increase production of milk in both rural and urban areas.this hormones increases the production of milk in animals like cow, buffalo but they remain in that animal body and may pass through the milk to consumer.especially when young girls, regularly consume dairy products containing these hormones,it can disrupt their natural hormones balance and cause early puberty.Early puberty in girls is very serious health issues.it can lead to both psychological and physical stress,increased reproductive cancer risk and girls in rural areas can also face bullying or isolation.many family are unaware of this concern about usage of artificial hormones in dairy farming.this problem effects millions of families and children across India, especially in areas where fresh milk is part of staple diet. it needs urgent regulation,increased awareness and safer dairy practices to protect health of future generations.
