Climate change crisis:The global emergency ."Climate change crisis: Rising temperatures,extreme weather,and ecosystem disruption threaten human health,ecnomies ,and ecosystems.Human activities such as burning fossil fuels, deforestation, release of green house gases, causing global warming. Vulnerable populations are disproportionately affected. To mitigate the crisis,we must transition to renewable energy, increase energy efficiency, and promote sustainable land use. We must also support cimate resilience and adaptation efforts. Lets act now to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and limit global warming to 1.5C. We oweit to ourselves,our children, and future generations. For example,the World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that between 2030 and 2050, Climate change will cause approximately 250,000 additional deaths per year, mainly due to malnutrition, malaria, diarrhea and heatstress. Conclusion : The future of our planet Earth depends on it .
