🧠 Problem Title: Traffic jam problem caused by a large number of E- rickshaws on road without a proper registration
📝 Problem Description

In recent years, the rapid increase in electric rickshaws (E-rickshaws) has significantly contributed to traffic congestion in urban areas. While they are an affordable and eco-friendly mode of transport, their uncontrolled growth—especially without proper registration and regulation—has created serious challenges for traffic management. Many E-rickshaws operate without fixed routes, designated stops, or parking areas, leading to unorganized movement, random halts, and frequent road blockages., Low operational cost leading to excessive road presence: Since E-rickshaws run on electricity and do not require expensive fuel, drivers can operate them for long hours at minimal cost. This encourages them to stay on the roads throughout the day, increasing their numbers and adding to congestion., Lack of driver awareness and training: A large number of drivers are not properly trained or educated about traffic rules. This often results in unsafe practices such as sudden stopping, wrong-side driving, overloading passengers, and ignoring traffic signals, which disrupts the smooth flow of traffic and increase accident risks., Absence of fixed routes and stopping points: E-rickshaws frequently pick up and drop passengers anywhere on the road. This behavior blocks lanes and creates bottlenecks, especially during peak hours in crowded areas like markets and intersections., Need for better management and infrastructure: Developing dedicated lanes for E-rickshaws can help separate them from faster vehicles and improve traffic flow. Additionally, restricting their entry into high-traffic areas can reduce congestion., Stronger regulation and enforcement: Proper registration, licensing, and driver training programs are essential to ensure discipline and effective control., In conclusion, without proper regulation and planning, the increasing number of E-rickshaws will continue to worsen traffic congestion and reduce overall road efficiency.
