There is no proper distribution of wastes in many countries. Because of this people of the countries throw the waste in their nearby open ground. Some countries dont have proper animal sanctuaries for stray animals like गौशाला . Thats why these stray animals mostly lie in those open grounds. Now when want food the mistakenly eat those waste materials and somtimes get choked by it.
