As we all know that diapers and pads are the products of daily use and they are manufactured and used in the whole world in a large scale but A significant environmental issue arises from the super absorbent polymer,"sodium polyacrylate", used in these products. This material is non-biodegradable and can persist in the environment for thousands of years. Its slow decomposition contributes to soil degradation and, when burnt, releases harmful gases into the atmosphere. Because diapers and sanitary pads are used so frequently, and are non-recyclable, they pose a major threat to the environment. They can lead to many respiratory disease(which can lead to death and the hospital bills can make the family financial weak) if burnt and can lead to global warming also on the other hand it is also not safe to be buried in the soil."
