🧠 Problem Title: Neglect and Poor Maintenance of Public Parks
📝 Problem Description

I have noticed a recurring pattern of systemic neglect in our local public parks. While these spaces are initially built with great enthusiasm, they quickly fall into disrepair due to a "build and forget" administrative approach., Walking tracks are often cracked, creating tripping hazards, while rusted swings and broken benches make it nearly impossible for families to rest or play safely., Many parks that should be "green lungs" have transitioned into dry dust bowls. There is a visible lack of consistent watering and horticulture care, leading to the unfortunate death of native plants., I frequently see overflowing dustbins and scattered litter. This creates unhygienic conditions and attracts pests, making the environment unpleasant for anyone trying to enjoy the outdoors., A significant issue is the lack of functional lighting. Once the sun sets, these spaces become dark and inaccessible, which feels particularly unsafe for women and students., While the physical space is available, we lack the consistent maintenance and accountability needed to keep these vital community hubs functional.
