This creates unhygienic conditions and attracts pests, making the environment unpleasant for anyone trying to enjoy the outdoors., A significant issue is the lack of functional lighting. Once the sun sets, these spaces become dark and inaccessible, which feels particularly unsafe for women and students., While the physical space is available, we lack the consistent maintenance and accountability needed to keep these vital community hubs functional.
