🧠 Problem Title: Lack of Timely Warning and Communication Systems for Fishermen During Ocean Storms and Floods
📝 Problem Description

Many fishermen go into the sea daily for fishing as their main source of livelihood. During sudden storms, cyclones, or heavy floods, weather conditions change very quickly. In many cases, fishermen do not receive timely warnings once they are already in the ocean., Due to poor communication systems, such as lack of network coverage or reliable alert devices, fishermen are unable to return to shore safely. Boats get stuck in rough waves, and fishermen face life-threatening situations. Rescue operations also become difficult because authorities may not know their exact location., Even though weather forecasts are available, they often do not reach fishermen at the right time or in an accessible way. This problem is common in coastal areas where many families depend on fishing., This situation highlights a major gap in safety systems and communication infrastructure for fishermen during emergencies.
