🧠 Problem Title: ☕ “Caffeine: The Silent Stimulant Behind Your Energy”
📝 Problem Description

Caffeine is a natural stimulant found in tea, coffee, energy drinks, and some medicines. It mainly acts on the brain by blocking adenosine (a chemical that promotes sleep) and increasing dopamine activity, which gives temporary feelings of alertness, focus, and mild pleasure. However, excessive caffeine intake can create several health problems., One major issue is sleep disturbance. Since caffeine blocks sleep signals in the brain, it becomes difficult to fall asleep and maintain deep sleep. This leads to poor rest, tiredness, reduced concentration, and irritability during the day., Caffeine also affects the brain and nervous system. The increased dopamine and stimulation may cause restlessness, anxiety, nervousness, and in some cases shaking or overthinking. Although it gives temporary energy, it is often followed by a sudden drop in energy known as a “crash,” resulting in fatigue and low mood., It also impacts the heart and body functions, increasing heart rate and sometimes causing discomfort or uneasiness. In sensitive individuals, even small amounts can trigger jitteriness or stress., Excessive caffeine can irritate the digestive system, leading to acidity, stomach pain, or nausea. Over time, regular high intake may cause dependence, where the brain starts relying on caffeine for alertness and dopamine stimulation. Without it, symptoms like headaches, tiredness, and lack of focus may occur., In conclusion, while caffeine improves alertness and mood temporarily, excessive intake disturbs sleep, affects brain balance, and may negatively impact overall physical and mental health.
