There have been many reports about accidents, attacks and damaged to property and life because of stray animals everywhere roaming around without any care by the owner or MNCs. Several accidents are caused on highways and main roads, even on rails just because of cattle roaming in middle of the roads and rails. A number reports are filed every month of children being attacked by street dogs, causing deadly injuries to them. There are also some cases in which a bull or any angry animal attacks a person and even cause loss of human lives.
