🧠 Problem Title: Lack of Proper Safety Measures for Workers in Small-Scale Industries and Workshops
📝 Problem Description

In many small-scale industries, workshops, and local work environments, workers are involved in activities such as grinding, welding, cutting, and electrical work. These tasks often involve exposure to high temperatures, sparks, sharp tools, and electrical risks., However, it is commonly observed that many workers do not use proper safety equipment such as gloves, helmets, eye protection, or protective clothing. In some cases, safety gear is not available, and in others, it is ignored due to lack of awareness or convenience., I have personally observed workers performing tasks like grinding or welding without protective glasses or gloves, which exposes them to risks such as eye injuries, burns, cuts, or electric shocks. These risks can lead to serious injuries over time., This problem highlights the gap between the nature of hazardous work and the use of appropriate safety measures. Even though the work environment involves potential danger, safety precautions are often minimal or absent., Such conditions can affect the health and well-being of workers and may lead to long-term physical harm. Ensuring proper safety practices is essential, but it is often overlooked in smaller work setups.
