🧠 Problem Title: Road Safety Problem caused by High Beam Headlights affecting Driver Vision during Night Driving.
📝 Problem Description

Every night, drivers face a serious road safety problem caused by high Beam headlights from opposite vehicles. The strong glare directly enters the eyes of drivers and creates temporary vission disturbance, making it difficult to see road clearly.Even a few seconds of unclear vision can become extremely dangerous while driving at normal or high speed., Due to this glare, driver may fail to notice pedestrian, animals, potholes, road dividers, turns,or nearby vehicle which may lead to accidents. The problem becomes more dangerous on highways, village roads, and poorly lit Streets where high Beam usage is very common.Rain, fog and dusty weather conditions further increase the glare effect and reduce visibility., Two-wheeler riders, elderly people, and drivers with weak eyesight suffer the most because their eyes are more sensitive to bright light.Continuous exposure to intense headlights also cause eye strain headaches, irritation, stress, and loss of concentration during long distance driving., Many drivers use high beam light carelessly without understanding their harmful impact on others.Although this is a very common issue faced daily by millions of people,it is often ignored despite being a major cause of unsafe night driving and road accidents.
