🧠 Problem Title: Unsafe and Unauthorized Electricity Connections Creating Public Safety Risks
📝 Problem Description

Electricity distribution systems are designed to provide safe and regulated power supply. However, it is often observed that unauthorized or unsafe temporary electrical connections are present in some areas.
In many situations, wires are connected directly to power lines without proper insulation, protection, or standard safety measures. Such connections may remain exposed near roads, buildings, shops, or crowded public places.
I have observed loosely connected and hanging electrical wires used for temporary or unauthorized power supply in some areas. These unsafe connections can increase the risk of electric shocks, short circuits, power fluctuations, and fire incidents.
Apart from safety concerns, such practices may also affect the stability of local electricity distribution systems and lead to energy losses.
This problem highlights the gap between electrical safety practices and public awareness regarding safe electricity usage. Proper wiring standards and safer electrical management are important for reducing risks in public areas.
