🧠 Problem Title: Public Urination on Walls and Open Areas Creating Hygiene and Cleanliness Problems
📝 Problem Description

Clean public spaces are important for hygiene and healthy living. However, it is often observed that people urinate on public walls, roadside corners, and open areas instead of using proper toilet facilities.
In many places, repeated public urination creates foul smell, dirty surroundings, and unhygienic conditions. Such areas may become unpleasant for pedestrians, nearby residents, and shopkeepers.
I have observed walls and roadside areas stained and affected due to repeated public urination, especially near crowded roads, markets, and transport areas. During hot weather, the smell and unhygienic conditions may become more noticeable.
This problem highlights the gap between public sanitation infrastructure, awareness, and civic behavior. Maintaining cleaner public spaces is important for hygiene, comfort, and urban cleanliness.
