🧠 Problem Title: “The World Sleeps, But My Thumb Keeps Scrolling”
📝 Problem Description

Night scrolling has become one of the silent problems of modern society. Millions of people stay awake late at night, endlessly scrolling through videos, messages, and social media even when they are mentally and physically exhausted. What starts as “just five minutes” often turns into hours of lost sleep.
Many people use scrolling to escape stress, loneliness, overthinking, or pressure from studies, work, and life. But instead of relaxing the mind, excessive night scrolling overstimulates the brain. It disturbs sleep, reduces concentration, weakens memory, and increases anxiety. Small worries feel bigger at night, and the brain never gets proper rest.
This habit is especially dangerous because it looks normal. Society jokes about sleeping at 3 AM, dark circles, and phone addiction, but very few people discuss its serious effects on mental and physical health. Lack of sleep over long periods can affect mood, productivity, heart health, and emotional stability.
Technology was created to help humans, but many people are slowly becoming controlled by it. The saddest part is that people are not always scrolling because they are happy — sometimes they scroll because silence feels heavy.
Humans were made to dream, rest, and connect with real life, not spend every night trapped inside a glowing screen.
