🧠 Problem Title: Public Spitting in Shared Spaces Creating Hygiene and Cleanliness Problems
📝 Problem Description

Clean public spaces are important for maintaining hygiene and healthy surroundings. However, it is often observed that people spit in public places such as roadsides, walls, stairways, public transport areas, and marketplaces.
In many situations, repeated spitting leaves stains, creates unpleasant surroundings, and affects the cleanliness of shared public spaces. Such areas may become unhygienic for pedestrians, commuters, and nearby residents.
I have observed public places where walls, corners, and pathways are repeatedly stained due to spitting. This problem is more noticeable in crowded areas such as markets, bus stops, and transport locations.
The issue highlights the gap between public cleanliness awareness and civic behavior. Maintaining cleaner public spaces is important for hygiene, sanitation, and improving the overall environment of shared community areas.
