🧠 Problem Title: Unsafe Travel by Standing on Footboards and Hanging Outside Overcrowded Public Transport
📝 Problem Description

Public transport systems are widely used by students, workers, and commuters for daily travel. However, it is often observed that buses and local trains become overcrowded, forcing some passengers to stand on footboards or travel partially outside moving vehicles.
In crowded situations, passengers may hold doors, railings, or outer sections of vehicles while the transport is in motion. Sudden braking, turns, or overcrowding can increase the risk of falls and accidents.
I have observed passengers traveling in unsafe positions during peak hours due to overcrowding and limited space inside vehicles. Such situations may create danger not only for passengers but also for nearby road users and pedestrians.
This problem highlights the gap between public transport demand and passenger safety management. Safer transport conditions and improved crowd management are important for reducing travel-related risks.
