🧠 Problem Title: Consumption of Adulterated Paneer: A Hidden Threat to Health.
📝 Problem Description

Real paneer is made simply by curdling milk with lemon juice or vinegar and pressing it into soft, fresh blocks. Fake paneer often produced using industrial shortcut. Manufacturers use starch and urea to create bulk, palm oil to mimic richness and sometimes washing powder or synthetic whiteners to give it a bright, attractive colour. These substances compromise the nutritional value of paneer and introduce chemicals that your body was never meant to process. Eating fake paneer occasionally might not have immediate effects, but regular consumption can be dangerous. The chemicals used in adulteration, such as formalin and synthetic stabilizers, can stress our liver and kidneys. The seemingly innocent paneer on our plate can turn into a source of long term health hazards if we are not careful.
Not Today But Tomorrow we can be affected by this Fake Paneer.
