🧠 Problem Title: Unsafe Living Conditions Near Railway Tracks.
📝 Problem Description

In many cities of India, especially near railway lines, a large number of people live in slum areas built very close to the railway tracks. While travelling by train, it is common to see families, including children and elderly people, living in unsafe and unhealthy conditions beside the tracks. These areas are constantly exposed to danger from fast-moving trains, accidents, loud noise, pollution, and poor sanitation. Children often play near the tracks without understanding the risks, which can lead to serious injuries or loss of life. During the rainy season, these slum areas also face waterlogging and unhygienic conditions that increase the spread of diseases. Due to lack of proper housing and safety measures, the lives of these people remain at risk every day. This is an important social and safety problem that needs attention to improve living conditions and ensure the safety of people residing near railway tracks.
