🧠 Problem Title: Garbage Accumulation After Public Food Distribution and Community Gatherings
📝 Problem Description

Food distribution programs, charity events, and community gatherings are organized in many places to help people and serve the public. However, it is often observed that after such activities, disposable plates, cups, plastic bottles, food packets, and other waste are left scattered in the same area.
In many situations, waste generated during these gatherings is not collected or disposed of properly. Roadsides, public grounds, and community spaces may remain dirty after the event, affecting cleanliness and creating inconvenience for nearby people.
I have observed public places becoming littered after food distribution activities where waste materials were left openly on the ground. Such conditions may attract stray animals, create foul smell, and reduce the cleanliness of shared public spaces.
This problem highlights the gap between community service activities and proper waste management practices. Maintaining cleanliness after public gatherings is important for hygiene and environmental responsibility.
