🧠 Problem Title: Unequal Access to Basic Facilities in Different Communities
📝 Problem Description

Basic facilities such as clean surroundings, proper roads, sanitation, drinking water, and public infrastructure are important for healthy living. However, it is often observed that the quality and availability of these facilities differ significantly between different communities and areas.
In some locations, people may have access to better roads, cleaner surroundings, and organized public services, while nearby areas may face poor sanitation, damaged infrastructure, or lack of basic amenities.
I have observed noticeable differences in living conditions and public facilities between different localities. Such inequalities may affect daily comfort, health conditions, and quality of life for people living in underdeveloped areas.
This problem highlights the gap between urban development and equal access to basic public infrastructure. Improving public facilities in underserved areas is important for healthier and safer communities.
