🧠 Problem Title: Excessive Posters and Advertisements in Public Places Creating Visual Pollution
📝 Problem Description

Public spaces are important shared environments used by everyone. However, it is often observed that walls, poles, bridges, bus stops, and public structures are covered with large numbers of posters, banners, stickers, and advertisements.
In many places, promotional materials are pasted repeatedly over public property without proper organization or removal. Torn posters, overlapping advertisements, and damaged banners may reduce the cleanliness and visual appearance of surroundings.
I have observed public areas where excessive posters and advertisements make streets and structures appear cluttered and poorly maintained. Such visual overcrowding can affect the aesthetic quality of cities and public spaces.
Apart from appearance, posters pasted on signboards, walls, and poles may also create maintenance problems and reduce visibility of important public information.
This problem highlights the gap between advertising practices and organized public-space management. Cleaner and more regulated public spaces are important for better urban environments.
