Students today receive study materials from many different sources such as WhatsApp groups, Google Classroom, Telegram channels, PDFs, emails, school portals, and YouTube links. During exams or homework preparation, students spend a large amount of time searching for notes, assignments, worksheets, and important files across multiple apps and chats.
Many times, files get buried under old messages, deleted accidentally, or become difficult to locate quickly. Due to this, students become stressed, distracted, and waste productive study time. Internet issues and low phone storage also make the problem worse for many students.
This issue occurs very frequently among middle and senior school students who manage multiple subjects and coaching materials simultaneously. It indirectly affects academic performance, concentration, time management, and mental peace.
