🧠 Problem Title: Wet School Shoes During Rainy Season Cause Discomfort to Students
📝 Problem Description

During monsoon seasons, students walking through waterlogged roads or muddy school entrances often get their shoes and socks wet before reaching class. Since students must remain in wet footwear for long hours, it causes discomfort, bad odor, fungal infections, and difficulty concentrating in classrooms.
In many schools, students are not allowed to remove shoes during class hours, making the problem worse. Wet shoes also damage school footwear quickly, increasing expenses for families.
This issue occurs repeatedly every rainy season, especially in areas with poor drainage systems around schools.
