🧠 Problem Title: The Cold-Water Purge: Waste of Clean Water While Waiting for Water Heaters to Warm Up
📝 Problem Description

Water heaters and geysers are commonly used in homes, hostels, hotels, and other buildings to provide warm water. However, it is often observed that before hot water reaches the tap, a significant amount of cold clean water is allowed to flow unused.
In many situations, people keep taps running while waiting for the water temperature to rise. The discharged cold water is often sent directly into drains even though it is clean and usable. Repeated daily wastage across households and buildings may result in large cumulative water loss.
I have observed that during regular use of geysers and hot-water systems, considerable quantities of potable water are discarded before warm water becomes available. This issue may become more noticeable in colder regions and during winter seasons.
This problem highlights the gap between water-use practices and resource conservation awareness. Better water management systems and reuse methods may help reduce unnecessary wastage of clean water.
