🧠 Problem Title: Accidental consumption of expired or incorrect medication by visually impaired and elderly patients due to identical blister pack textures.
📝 Problem Description

Most pharmaceutical pills (like paracetamol, blood pressure meds, and antihistamines) are packaged in identical foil blister packs. Elderly patients with failing eyesight or visually impaired individuals cannot read the tiny printed expiry dates or drug names, leading to accidental consumption of the wrong pill or expired medicine. Why address this: Taking incorrect medication can lead to severe allergic reactions or failure to manage chronic conditions. Where/Frequency: This occurs daily in homes across the country. Student Innovation relevance: Students can innovate simple tactile marking systems, affordable braille punchers for pharmacists, or a smartphone-based offline scanner that loudly reads the blister packs text using the phones camera, allowing the elderly to independently manage their health.
