🧠 Problem Title: Unsafe Open Electrical Wires
📝 Problem Description

In many towns and villages in India, electrical wires are often left exposed, damaged, or hanging at low heights near roads, schools, markets, and residential areas. These wires can be caused by poor maintenance, storms, construction work, or accidental damage. This problem is dangerous because people, especially children, may accidentally come into contact with live wires. Stray animals can also get injured or killed. During the rainy season, the risk becomes even higher as water can conduct electricity. Open wires can cause electric shocks, fires, power outages, and loss of life. I want to address this problem because safe electricity is essential for everyone. Every year, accidents occur due to exposed wires, yet many of them could be prevented if the issue were detected and reported quickly. This problem is commonly seen in both urban and rural areas and occurs frequently after storms, road work, or damage to electric poles. Apart from being life-threatening, it also causes financial losses due to damaged electrical equipment, repair costs, and power interruptions.
