🧠 Problem Title: The Skyglow Problem: Loss of Natural Night Sky Due to Excessive Artificial Lighting
📝 Problem Description

The night sky has been an important part of the natural environment for thousands of years. However, it is often observed that in urban and rapidly developing areas, excessive artificial lighting from buildings, streetlights, billboards, stadiums, and commercial establishments creates a bright glow in the sky during nighttime.
This phenomenon, commonly known as skyglow, reduces the visibility of stars, planets, and other celestial objects. In many cities, people are unable to observe the natural beauty of the night sky due to the continuous scattering of artificial light into the atmosphere.
I have observed that increasing urban development and lighting installations have significantly reduced night-sky visibility in many areas. Apart from affecting astronomical observation, excessive nighttime lighting may also influence wildlife behavior, insect activity, and the natural day-night cycle of living organisms.
This problem highlights the need for responsible lighting practices, efficient light management, and awareness about preserving the natural night environment.
