🧠 Problem Title: Passenger Safety Issues When passenger Trains sometimes Halt on Main Line Instead of platform (Loop Line).
📝 Problem Description

In many railway stations, passenger trains are sometimes stopped on the main line instead of the loop line due to operational requirements, crossing priorities, signal arrangements, or congestion. While this may help train operations create convenience issues for passengers.
When a train halts on the main line, passengers often face difficulty in boarding and alighting. Passengers are then forced to walk along ballast, tracks, or uneven surfaces to reach the platform, increasing the risk of slips, trips, falls, and injuries.
The problem becomes more severe for elderly passengers, women, children, pregnant women, and persons with disabilities. Carrying luggage to reach the exit or platform is very difficult.During night hours, poor visibility further increases the likelihood of accidents. Passengers may also attempt to cross railway tracks to reach station exits or other platforms, exposing themselves to the danger of moving trains.
When passengers rush to get down from coaches it is very difficult to get down. Confusion and congestion also occur. This can lead to pushing and accidental falls. The issue also affects passenger satisfaction and the overall image of railway services. Frequent stoppage of passenger trains on main lines causes inconvenience, delays in movement, and discomfort, especially for daily commuters.
