🧠 Problem Title: Who Sees the Whole Patient?
📝 Problem Description

Modern medicine has advanced significantly through specialization, allowing doctors to develop expertise in specific organs, diseases, and medical conditions. While this has improved diagnosis and treatment in many areas, it has also created a challenge for patients with multiple or interconnected health issues. A patient may need to consult several specialists, each focusing on a particular aspect of the problem. As a result, treatment decisions may be made in isolation, leading to repeated tests, conflicting advice, increased costs, and confusion for patients and their families. Important connections between physical, mental, lifestyle, and social factors may be overlooked when care is fragmented across different specialties. This raises an important question: while healthcare is becoming increasingly specialized, is there a risk of losing a holistic understanding of the patient? The challenge is to understand how modern healthcare can balance deep specialization with comprehensive, coordinated, and patient-centered care.
