🧠 Problem Title: Summer Water Scarcity for Animals: Lack of Accessible Drinking Water Sources During Extreme Heat
📝 Problem Description

During the summer season, temperatures rise significantly, causing natural water sources such as ponds, puddles, streams, and small reservoirs to dry up. Domestic animals, stray animals, birds, and wildlife often struggle to find clean drinking water. Many animals travel long distances in search of water, become dehydrated, suffer from heat stress, or enter human settlements where they face additional risks from traffic and other hazards.
In urban areas, rapid construction and loss of green spaces reduce the availability of water sources for birds and stray animals. In rural areas, seasonal drying of water bodies affects livestock and wildlife. Despite the seriousness of the issue, dedicated water facilities for animals are limited in many places.
This problem affects animal welfare, biodiversity, and ecosystem balance. Providing reliable and accessible water sources during summer can significantly reduce animal suffering and improve survival rates.
