During examination, most of the cases arise is the unavailability of proper notes. Despite the teachers’ strictness, this problem remains unsolved. Due to the negligence of some students, their classmates also face problems as these students have to depend on other’s notes which they borrowed from their classmates for completing their notebook. Sometimes these borrowed notes get lost and now the problem increases for two students and this could create a never ending cycle. Some students handwriting mimics the handwriting of doctors which makes them unreadable. Sometimes the notebooks are submitted in school and after the checking of notebooks when they are returned then it is found that few notebooks are lost which then the teacher blames students that they have not submitted it and warn the students to submit till next submission. During examination, this issue arises when students submit their practical record.
