🧠 Problem Title: The Last-Mile Packaging Waste: Excessive Waste Generated by E-Commerce Deliveries
📝 Problem Description

Online shopping has become a regular part of daily life. Millions of products are delivered every day, ranging from electronics and clothing to household items and stationery. However, a significant amount of packaging waste is generated during the delivery process.
Often, a small product is packed inside multiple layers of plastic, bubble wrap, tape, cardboard boxes, and protective materials. After the package is opened, most of these materials are immediately discarded. This results in large amounts of non-biodegradable waste entering landfills, drainage systems, and the environment.
Many packaging materials are difficult to recycle because they consist of mixed materials such as plastic-coated cardboard, adhesive tapes, and multilayer packaging. As e-commerce continues to grow rapidly, the amount of packaging waste generated during the last mile of delivery is also increasing.
The problem is largely overlooked because consumers focus on the product they receive rather than the waste produced by the delivery process. Finding sustainable packaging solutions can reduce environmental pollution and resource consumption.
