🧠 Problem Title: Residential Infrastructure Vulnerabilities: Addressing Stray Animal Influx and Associated Public Risks & Stray Animal Mitigation Strategies: Enhancing Community Safety and Comprehensive Welfare Protoc
📝 Problem Description

Stray cattle, dogs, and other animals frequently occupy roads, lanes, markets, and residential streets in many parts of India. They block movement, damage property, scatter waste, and create fear among pedestrians and cyclists. In busy areas, stray animals can trigger traffic accidents, especially at night or during sudden movements. Farmers and shopkeepers also face losses when animals enter fields, destroy produce, or disturb business activity. The issue is both a civic and safety concern, affecting transport, sanitation, and public comfort. Since it occurs repeatedly and in many places, it is a strong example of a local problem with wide social impact.
