🧠 Problem Title: Pedestrian Infrastructure Deficiencies: Rectifying Footpath Encroachment and Restoring Urban Walking Corridors
📝 Problem Description

In many towns and city neighbourhoods, footpaths are blocked by parked vehicles, shop extensions, garbage bins, construction materials, and unauthorised stalls. As a result, pedestrians are forced onto the road, where they face traffic, dust, and accident risk. The problem is especially severe for children, elderly people, women, and persons with disabilities who need safe walking space. It also makes daily movement difficult near schools, markets, bus stops, and hospitals. What appears to be a small civic issue actually affects mobility, accessibility, and road safety across the locality every day.
