🧠 Problem Title: STRAY ANIMALS ON ROADS: THE SILENT URBAN MENACE
📝 Problem Description

STRAY ANIMALS ON ROADS: THE SILENT URBAN MENACE
A city built for speed, but forgetting the lives it shares the road with.
An Overlooked Reality
In every city and town, roads are filled with movement—vehicles, people, and traffic. Yet, silently sharing this space are stray animals like dogs and cattle. They wander streets, sit roadside, or search for food in garbage. Though living beings, their uncontrolled presence has become a serious issue affecting human safety, animal life, and public hygiene.
When roads become shelters, safety becomes uncertain.
A Widespread Problem
Stray animals are seen everywhere—streets, highways, markets, and colonies.
• Animals roam on busy roads and highways.
• Cattle block traffic in peak hours.
• Dogs gather near garbage areas.
What seems normal is actually a growing hidden risk.
A silent danger that turns a normal journey into a tragedy.
Why This Problem Is Serious
Road Accidents
Stray animals often cause sudden collisions.
• Night travel becomes risky due to poor visibility.
• Emergency braking leads to accidents.
Even one animal can trigger life-threatening situations.
Loss of Animal Lives
Animals also suffer greatly.
• Hit by speeding vehicles.
• Die from untreated injuries.
A clean city is built by responsibility, not just roads.
The Future We Risk Ignoring
If unchecked, cities may become unsafe and unhygienic. Growing traffic and stray populations will increase accidents and health risks. Children, elderly people, and commuters will be most affected. A small issue today may become a major urban crisis
Compassion must walk with responsibility.
A society is judged by how it protects the voiceless.
Conclusion
Stray animals on roads represent a silent urban menace affecting safety, hygiene, and lives of both humans and animals. Their presence leads to accidents, suffering, and unhealthy cities.
A developed city is not only about infrastructure, but about safe coexistence of humans and animals.
