🧠 Problem Title: Prolonged Sitting Habits Among Students Lead to Gradual Musculoskeletal Problems
📝 Problem Description

Students spend several hours every day sitting in classrooms, coaching centres, libraries, and at home while studying. Many students are unaware of correct sitting posture and often bend their necks, hunch their backs, or sit in uncomfortable positions for extended periods. Since the effects develop gradually, the issue is usually ignored. Poor posture can lead to neck pain, back pain, muscle strain, headaches, fatigue, and reduced concentration. The increasing use of laptops, tablets, and mobile phones for education has further increased the amount of time students spend sitting. Despite affecting a large number of students, posture-related health problems are rarely discussed or monitored in schools. This problem can impact students physical well-being, learning efficiency, and long-term health.
