🧠 Problem Title: Open Manholes: A Silent Threat During Nights and Power Outages
📝 Problem Description

Open manholes are frequently found on roads, footpaths, and drainage areas due to maintenance work, damaged covers, theft of metal covers, or poor monitoring. During power cuts, heavy rainfall, fog, or low-light conditions, these open manholes become extremely difficult to detect. Pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists, elderly people, and visually impaired individuals may accidentally step into them, resulting in serious injuries or even loss of life. During monsoon seasons, rainwater often hides open manholes completely, making them nearly invisible. Despite being a recurring public safety issue in many urban areas, people usually become aware of the danger only after an accident occurs. This problem affects public safety, creates fear among citizens, and places an additional burden on families and emergency services.
