🧠 Problem Title: Social Media Addiction and Mental Health Crisis
📝 Problem Description

Social media has become an important part of daily life, especially for young people. While it helps people connect, learn, and share information, excessive use has created serious mental health concerns. Many teenagers and young adults spend several hours each day on social media platforms, often comparing themselves to others and seeking validation through likes, comments, and followers. This constant exposure can lead to stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, loneliness, and a fear of missing out (FOMO).
The problem becomes more serious when social media is used excessively, affecting sleep patterns, academic performance, productivity, and real-life relationships. Cyberbullying, online harassment, and unrealistic beauty and lifestyle standards further contribute to emotional distress. Many users become dependent on social media without realizing its impact on their mental well-being. As the number of internet users continues to grow, it is important to promote responsible digital habits, mental health awareness, and a healthy balance between online and offline life. Addressing this issue is essential to protect the emotional well-being and future of Indias youth.
