🧠 Problem Title: Normalization of Exposed Electrical Distribution Hazards in Public Spaces
📝 Problem Description

In many Indian towns and cities, electrical distribution infrastructure such as transformers, distribution boxes, junction panels, and overhead power lines is often left damaged, exposed, or poorly maintained in public areas.
Broken electrical enclosures, missing protective covers, hanging wires, and low-clearance overhead cables can be found near markets, schools, residential colonies, and busy streets. Despite the potential danger, these hazards have become so common that people often ignore them and continue using the area normally.
The issue is not only the existence of electrical hazards but also the normalization of unsafe infrastructure in public spaces. As a result, preventable accidents may occur, especially during rains, floods, maintenance work, or accidental contact with damaged equipment.I observed that many roadside electrical boxes have broken doors or damaged covers, and overhead cables often hang very low above public roads. People walk past them every day without noticing the risk because such hazards have become a normal part of the urban environment.
