🧠 Problem Title: Tourist Vandalism and Littering at Heritage and Natural Sites
📝 Problem Description

Many historical monuments, tourist attractions, forts, temples, parks, waterfalls, and scenic destinations are increasingly affected by visitor littering and vandalism.
Tourists often leave behind plastic bottles, food wrappers, and other waste despite the availability of dustbins in some locations. In addition, some visitors scratch, carve, paint, or write their names and messages on historical structures, rocks, trees, and public property.
While each act may seem small, the cumulative effect damages cultural heritage, reduces the beauty of tourist destinations, increases maintenance costs, and negatively impacts the experience of future visitors.
The issue is not only poor waste disposal but also the gradual normalization of disrespectful behavior toward public and heritage spaces.
I observed that many tourist places have litter scattered around the area, and historical monuments often have names or messages carved onto walls and structures. People visit these places to enjoy their beauty, but some unintentionally or deliberately damage the very sites they came to see.
