Civic sense refers to the responsibility and behavior of citizens toward public spaces, public property, and society. In India, the lack of civic sense is a major root cause behind many problems such as littering, garbage accumulation, dirty public places, traffic rule violations, water wastage, vandalism of public property, writing on walls, increased cleaning costs, and health issues.
Despite significant investments in infrastructure, sanitation, and urban development, these problems continue because citizen behavior is often overlooked. Many students complete their schooling without Education about CIVIC SENSE. As a result, some people consider littering, spitting, damaging public property, or ignoring rules as normal behavior.This issue affects both rural & urban areas and is not limited to any economic class. Poor civic sense reduces the effectiveness of government programs, increases maintenance costs, and slows national development. Ex:a child who studies in an environment with broken desks, unhygienic clases, dirty toilets, and poor public facilities may grow up seeing such conditions as normal. If he is never taught cleanliness, public responsibility, and respect for shared spaces, he may throw garbage on roads, spit in public, damage public property, or waste resources without realizing the consequences.Addressing this root cause can help reduce pollution, improve public health, protect public property, and create cleaner, safer, and more organized communities.
So in my opinion this problem emerged due to:-
1.No Education in school about Civic sense or no book and resource
2.the maintenance of schools and colleges where students study so that they learn to make hygiene and aware of how public property like school,college and roads looks like 👍 3.No work on base only on the technology and infra..
4.No mobile app for direct fine on people who harming the public pace Thank I am sure that this will be only SAMASYA which is unique and need to be work
