🧠 Problem Title: Contamination and Waste of Drinking Water in Public Schools Due to Displaced Overhead Tank Lids
📝 Problem Description

In many local government and small schools around us, the big plastic water tanks on the roof often lose their lids. This happens because of strong winds, monkeys playing with them, or because the lids are old and broken. When the tanks are left open, birds make nests inside, put droppings in the water, and lots of dust, leaves, and insects fall in.
This is a very big problem because students drink this exact water every day. It makes many kids sick with stomach pain, diarrhea, and infections, forcing them to miss school and classes. Also, once the teachers or staff find out the water is dirty, they have to drain out all the thousands of liters of water to clean the tank. This wastes a huge amount of water in areas where we already face water shortages.
I really want to focus on this problem because a basic thing like a missing lid is making students sick and wasting precious water every day. We need a simple, low-cost lock or an easy alarm system so school lids stay safe and dont blow away.
