🧠 Problem Title: Rising Childhood Obesity and Junk Food Addiction
📝 Problem Description

Childhood obesity and junk food addiction have become major health concerns worldwide. Easy access to highly processed foods rich in sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats has led to unhealthy eating habits among children and teenagers. According to the World Health Organization, the number of children and adolescents living with obesity has increased dramatically over the past few decades. Excessive consumption of fast food, sugary drinks, packaged snacks, and reduced physical activity contribute significantly to weight gain.
Obesity is linked to serious health problems such as Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, breathing difficulties, low self-esteem, and mental health issues. Many children develop a preference for unhealthy foods at an early age, making it difficult to adopt healthier lifestyles later.
The problem is further aggravated by aggressive food marketing, increased screen time, lack of nutritional awareness, and limited access to healthy food choices in some communities. As healthcare costs rise and productivity decreases due to obesity-related illnesses, the issue affects not only individuals but also families, schools, healthcare systems, and the economy.
Addressing this challenge is highly necessary to promote healthy eating habits, increase awareness about nutrition, encourage physical activity, and help people make informed food choices. Early intervention can improve long-term health outcomes and reduce the social and economic burden of obesity.
