This creates a growing social problem where documentation sometimes takes priority over immediate humanitarian response.I observed that during accidents or emergencies, many people gather around the victim and start recording videos with their phones. While several people may be present, immediate assistance is often delayed because attention shifts toward capturing the event rather than helping the affected person.
