Early signs such as breast lumps, skin changes, nipple discharge, or changes in breast shape often cause little or no pain, leading many women to ignore them. Fear, social stigma, lack of awareness, and misconceptions about risk factors further delay diagnosis. Since early detection greatly improves treatment outcomes and survival rates, overlooking these warning signs remains an important healthcare challenge affecting women across all age groups and regions.
