🧠 Problem Title: The Disappearance of Daily Movement
📝 Problem Description

For most of human history, daily life naturally involved physical movement. People walked to nearby places, played outdoor games, performed household tasks manually, and spent more time engaged in physically active routines. However, modern lifestyles have gradually reduced the need for movement in everyday life.
Today, transportation has replaced walking, elevators have replaced stairs, online services have reduced outdoor activities, and digital devices occupy a significant portion of leisure time. Students often spend long hours sitting in classrooms, studying, attending online sessions, or using smartphones and computers. As a result, many individuals complete their daily routines with very little physical activity.
The reduction in daily movement can affect physical fitness, posture, energy levels, and overall health. It may also contribute to rising rates of obesity, lifestyle-related diseases, and reduced participation in sports and outdoor activities. Children and teenagers are particularly affected, as outdoor play is increasingly replaced by screen-based entertainment.
The issue extends beyond individual health. Urban design, transportation systems, academic pressures, technological convenience, and changing social habits all influence how much people move during the day. Understanding why daily movement is disappearing can help identify ways to create healthier routines and environments.
This problem raises an important question: Is modern life becoming so convenient that physical movement is no longer a natural part of everyday living?
