🧠 Problem Title: Who Coaches the Coaches? The Fitness and Resource Gap in School Sports Education
📝 Problem Description

Sports coaches play a crucial role in developing students physical fitness, sports skills, discipline, and healthy lifestyles. However, in many schools, sports education faces challenges due to a lack of adequate facilities, equipment, and well-supported coaching staff.
In some cases, coaches may have limited opportunities for regular fitness assessments, professional training, or access to modern sports resources. Schools may also lack proper playgrounds, sports equipment, fitness testing tools, and training infrastructure. As a result, students may not receive the quality sports education and physical development opportunities that schools aim to provide.
When sports programs are under-resourced, student participation can decline, talent may remain undiscovered, and physical fitness levels may be affected. The issue is not only about individual coaches but also about the systems, funding, infrastructure, and support available for school sports.
The problem raises an important question: If schools expect students to become physically fit, are they providing coaches and sports departments with the resources needed to achieve that goal?
